DESCRIPTION FOR OPERATION JOBS
Objective of the Function:
Provide the CCO with organizational, operational, and administrative assistance to ensure the seamless functioning of the Commercial Department.
Responsibilities
a)Manage the CCO’s calendar and schedule. Robust handling of emails and calls–actioning, escalating, and delegating as needed
b) Serve as a link between the CCO office and executives, employees, clients, other external partners, and the overall business, ensuring that all information flows seamlessly and efficiently. APPLY NOW

e) Gather meeting topic, assist with presentation materials and documentation, and coordinate meeting events.
f) Helping with the development of reports, presentations, and other papers.
g) Develop and maintain a strong network within the organization.
h) Assisting with the development and filing of commercial proposals and tenders.
i) Overseeing and arranging commercial paperwork and files.
j) Conducting market research and analysis to uncover viable business prospects.
k) Helping with the creation and execution of marketing initiatives.
l) Monitor and update sales and financial data.
m) Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to ensure outcomes are met. Identify challenges and provide solutions.
n) Assisting the CCO in any additional responsibilities necessary to meet departmental goals.
o)On sometimes, travel to abroad offices is required for work purposes.
Educational Qualification
a) Mandatory: Graduate in any subject.
b) Preferred: PG in business management and project management certification.
Experience
Work experience with large-scale and complicated projects, from start to conclusion
Skills
a) Proficiency in the MS Office suite, calendar management software, and other computer tools necessary to effectively carry out the obligations.
